BLOCK CAPTAINS ARE THE FACE OF HHNA.  They don’t just help distribute newsletters, petitions, and fliers, they are the neighborhood’s connection with the Association. They are resources, social coordinators, and community ambassadors who share news as well communicate concerns to the HHNA Executive Committee.
