Focus: To expand the Neighborhood Watch program and maintain a current list of participants and neighborhood residents, including names, addresses, home and work telephone numbers; cultivate the relationship between residents, law enforcement officers, civic groups, and block captains; arrange neighborhood crime prevention training programs and strategies; obtain and distribute crime prevention materials; encourage participation in crime prevention efforts.
