THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE includes elected officers and appointed ex-officio members.

The President presides at all meetings of the Executive Committee and the HHNA and is an ex-officio member of all standing committees. The President speaks on behalf of the HHNA consistent with the objectives of the Association.

The Vice President fulfills the duties of the President in the President’s absence and assists the President in the execution of business. The Vice President also has the authority to sign checks drawn on the account of the HHNA when the Treasurer is unavailable.

The Secretary keeps an accurate record of all business of HHNA and reports at each meeting of the Executive Committee.

The Treasurer keeps an accurate record of receipts and expenditures, and signs all checks drawn on the account of the HHNA. The Treasurer also reports at each meeting of the Executive Committee the balance in the account.
